I’ve been qualified as a Dietitian since 2005. You’re in safe hands!
After qualifying, I worked in the NHS for 8 years, building up my knowledge and experience in different specialities. In 2013, Expert Dietitian was born. I live in Southampton UK, and I am a mum to 4 little and not-so-little ones (oldest is college-aged and youngest is in nappies!) I love to run, an you will find me pounding the streets of Southampton, or at Park Run on the common with my littlest in his running buggy. In 2016, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (I’m one of the unfortunate 10% with no risk factors). I’ve managed to keep my HbA1c below 42 (non diabetic) through good nutrition, exercise, determination and a little sprinkle of insulin.

My approach is to offer clear, understandable, realistic and holistic advice and support to help you tackle your nutritional issues and achieve your goals.
There’s no “one size fits all” when it comes to nutrition. I can work with you to put together a bespoke, individualised action plan, which takes into account your specific requirements, activity and lifestyle.
