Ingredients:
90g dates
75g almonds (or cashews)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Method:
Place all ingredients into a food processor/blender and blend until finely ground
If the mixture isn’t binding together, add 1-2 tsp of boiling water and blend together
Shape into balls and chill for at least an hour before eating
Store in an airtight container until consumed (or store in the fridge and they will last 3-4 weeks)
