Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas, drained
2 teaspoons tahini
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove of garlic
½ teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of chilli powder (optional)
Method:
Place all ingredients into a food processor/blender and blend until smooth
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
